研究方向(Research area)：生物材料合成和修饰（biomaterials synthesis and modification） 

工作职责（Job responsibilities）： 

• Design and synthesize target biomaterials, optimize the synthetic routs, and deliver compound in large scale in timely manner 

• Prepare verbal or written reports as required 

• Complete other work assigned by group leader 

任职要求（Required qualifications）： 

• MSc or above degree in polymer synthesis, or synthetic organic chemistry. 

• Strong skills and a proven track record in biomaterial synthesis and modification, structure and properties characterization with NMR, CG, HPLC, DSC et. al, previous experience of dendrimer synthesis will be suitable, but not a requirement. 

• Good oral and written communication skills, the ability to do literature search and write the report with English. 

• Working diligently with high motivation, Able to collaborate proficiently and communicate effectively with colleagues. 

1、研究生及以上学历，高分子合成或者有机化学等相关专业; 

2、熟练掌握生物材料合成、纯化、改性和修饰方面的实验技术，包括合成路线的设计、能通过核磁、质谱、色谱和差示扫描量热法等技术对化合物结构以及性能进行表征等, 具有树状高分子合成研究经验优先考虑； 

3、具备较强的英文读写能力，能够进行相关的英文文献检索并撰写英文报告; 

4、工作踏实勤恳积极主动，能够高效的和同事进行合作和交流。
