有研总院材料计算中心（简称：计算中心）于2017年成立，宗旨：提炼有研总院在新材料和新技术研发领域几十年发展的优势，以开放式创新为指导模式，通过数字化研发平台的建设，实现新材料和新产品研发过程的快速化和目标化，从而打造有研总院未来发展的核心技术。计算中心的重点技术：材料计算与设计、材料和器件功能模拟、材料与产品加工工艺过程数值模拟、材料与产品数据库建设。计算中心重点任务：依据有研总院当前和未来重点领域板块的发展需要，确立计算中心重点研发领域和方向，解决工程实际中的关键科学和技术问题，以搭建具有突出核心技术优势的先进材料计算工程平台为中心的中长期发展目标。

因工作需要，现面向全球公开招募计算中心主任1名，具体要求如下：

一、岗位描述

1、围绕有研总院中长期发展战略规划，依据计算中心的宗旨、技术领域和重点任务，组织制订计算中心的建设实施方案和中长期发展战略规划；

2、全面负责计算中心人才队伍建设工作。依据有研总院人才计划，配合人力部门，引进和培养高层次领域专家型人才和重点科研骨干，注重市场需求导向型创新团队的建设；

3、逐步完成高水平研发平台的建设；

4、以创建开放型国际化的材料计算和应用为长远发展目标。

二、任职要求

1、具有中国国籍的公民或外国国籍能来华定居，能全职在计算中心工作的专家学者；

2、在本学科领域已取得国内外同行认可的学术成就，并有较高的知名度和影响力；

3、具有良好的科学道德和敬业精神、较强的组织管理和协调能力；

4、能把握材料计算和应用领域的发展方向，具有长远的战略构思；

5、身体健康，中青年专家（****、特聘教授等优先）。

1.Job description

1.1 Organizes to make the implementation proposal regarding constructing the computation center;
